I've decided to write an essay of sorts...
tgicountryboy gave me the idea for the topic.
So, here I go:
Heaven: Past, Present and Future. Isn't it wonderful that the average lifespan in America is 70 years old? In the middle ages people were expected to live much shorter lives, but as time progressed we soon discovered ways of living and eating that would extend our years... Yet for all this research we've done, there is not one shred of evidence that we will ever reach the point where we
won't pass away from this physical world. Why is it that all our technology still is not able to fool 'Mother' Nature?
Of course, if I were an atheist, I would still be wondering about that... But I am a christian, and I know that death is a direct result of Sin. Our Ancestors (the ones with no belly buttons), Adam and Eve, sinned. They disobeyed The Creator's only command to them, and ate of the forbidden fruit.
( more... )k, done with this now... next essay/entry:
Abraham's Bosom (Luke 16:19-31)
