*about the quiz in the cut*
See, this is why i don't put much truck in quizzes... sure they're fun to take, but also easy to manipulate! How can someone comply 100 percent with two opposing points of view? I mean... well... okay, they can't be completely opposing... but still.... calvanist and non-calvanist. weeeeeird. Well, at least there's brethren in that part too... if it's related to The Brethren Church, it ain't all that bad. Now... i have no clue what traditions Anabaptists have... but i'm not sure if i should be enthused or disappointed: the Anabaptists were the earliest church, and Brethren came from that.... but... Quaker? Hmm.... gotta ask dad about that one.

Sorry [livejournal.com profile] felis_stellaria, I seem to have traditions on the completely opposite end of the spectrum from yours. ;)
Ah well, we're all a part of the same body: the church. (though even that depends on what definition you are using)

(100%) 1: Baptist (Reformed/Particular/Calvinistic)
(100%) 2: Baptist (non-Calvinistic)/Plymouth Brethren/Fundamentalist
(83%) 3: Pentecostal/Charismatic/Assemblies of God
(79%) 4: Methodist/Wesleyan/Nazarene
(77%) 5: Church of Christ/Campbellite
(73%) 6: Congregational/United Church of Christ
(63%) 7: Anabaptist (Mennonite/Quaker etc.)
(62%) 8: Presbyterian/Reformed
(52%) 9: Anglican/Episcopal/Church of England
(50%) 10: Lutheran
(41%) 11: Seventh-Day Adventist
(31%) 12: Eastern Orthodox
(13%) 13: Roman Catholic

Ah, don't be sorry. We all love and serve the same God and that's always been enough for me. And besides I like to have friends in other faiths, makes life more interesting as I learn all the different ways Christianity has mutated.

And that is really weird that you'd end up with both of those at 100...though I don't know what their actual theological beliefs are...

Erm, I just realized that "mutated" was probably not the best word to use there. Can have a kinda nasty unnatural sound to it. But hopefully you know what I mean anyway...

hehe, I know what you meant... we've multiplied, and multiplication always comes hand in hand with division --division in that people have different perspectives on things.
